I woke up today.............

I woke up today and felt empty, I woke up today and felt angry.......I figured I was angry because I had to leave the house upside down....I found myself blaming others for my stress, my tension...........
I got to work today and still felt angry...........couldnt figure out why am I so angry???

I just realized......someone wants me to feel today. Someone wants me to feel the pain and anger that I haven't felt in quite some time......its okay, sometimes I like this feeling. It makes me realize I still hurt from losing her and I didnt forget, maybe moved on temporarily to get on with life....but this emotion will forever be with me as well my little angel girl. I get to feel today and knowing that feels good.
